1. Begin this guide with a clean face.
2. Apply a foundation that matches your skin tone.
3. Add a very light shade of pink blush to your cheek bones. To add a nice effect.
4. Add black eyeliner to the top and bottom of both of your eyes. If you want to look more like Demi in this picture, then make the eyeliner darker.
5. Add black mascara to the top and bottoms of your lashes. Do this to both of your eyes. ( waterproof if you want, this may be a lighter color than if it is not waterproof.)
6. Repeat step 5 until you have 3-4 coats.
7. Add a dark shade of balck eye shadow to both of your eyes. Dont be afraid to put eye shadow outside of your eye lids.
8. Add a nice glossy pink lip gloss to finish your look.
